  3. This is the DISKETTE shareware version of Winvelope
  4. intended for distribution on diskette or CD-ROM.  This
  5. version is NOT intended for posting on BBS's as the
  6. VBRUN300.DLL file cannot be removed from the .ZIP file.

  8. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  10. Insert the Winvelope diskette in your floppy drive and
  11. then run SETUP.EXE from Windows Program Manager.  Setup
  12. should install the following files in the subdirectory
  13. that you specify:

  16.     ADBOOK.CRD
  17.     IMGBMP.DIL
  18.     IMGPCX.DIL
  19.     IMGEPSF.DIL
  20.     IMGPCX.DIL

  23.     BUSINESS.ENV
  24.     CAT_6x9.ENV
  25.     EXECUTIV.ENV
  26.     MONARCH.ENV
  27.     WNVEL50.EXE
  28.     WNVEL50.HLP

  35. Setup copies the following files to your 
  36. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ subdirectory:

  39.     MSAJT110.DLL
  40.     VBRUN300.DLL
  41.     VBDB300.DLL
  42.     CMDIALOG.VBX
  43.     THREED.VBX
  44.     TRUEGRID.VBX

  47. If you are running Norton Desktop as your Windows shell,
  48. and/or the Winvelope Setup program fails to install and
  49. decompress the program files properly, manually copy all
  50. files on the diskette to a separate subdirectory on your
  51. harddrive.  Execute the EXPLODE.BAT batch file.  Explode
  52. will decompress all the program files and delete the 
  53. compressed versions.  Next, add WNVEL50.EXE as a new
  54. program to Norton Desktop.  Make sure that you list the
  55. Winvelope subdirectory as the program's startup or
  56. working directory.

  60. Winvelope's Address Manager database requires that DOS 
  61. SHARE.EXE be loaded on your system.  Please add...

  63. <PATH>SHARE.EXE /L:500
  64.  
  65. ...to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, where <PATH> is the drive
  66. and directory where the DOS SHARE.EXE resides.  SHARE.EXE
  67. is usually located in your DOS directory.

  69. For detailed operating instructions, print the 
  70. WV50DOC.WRI file (Windows Write format) and/or access
  71. the pulldown HELP menu.
